Always the blame for everything the Catholic Church has
Well, today we passed the gay marriage and as he watched on television fragments of the session of Congress, a government senator offered a fiery speech in which virtually blamed the Church for several of the evils of my country. In many cases he was right, the Church is an institution composed of human and as such, make mistakes and have the same risks as any other human being religiously commit what is a "sin."
The point is that this man, said that the Church has always faced the innovations of the State who had done the same with the case of Homosexual Marriage Act. In other words, this "Lord" is very badly informed because held in late March against the law named in Buenos Aires had the presence of Jews, Catholics, Protestants, secular, etc.. The opposition to a bill of this magnitude is not purely and exclusively of the Catholic Church. But no! You always have to throw it tooodooo the dead!
I am not in favor of Gay Marriage Act, even if I am in favor of civil union between same sex. The colossal difference lies in the possibility of adopting or not. The State is an entity completely separate from the Church and as such, has to legislate in matters where the Church is different, but adoption is something that goes beyond the Church and what they think, goes what society thinks ... And no wonder in this case, that is what society thinks ..
